Hi, I'm Josh Duncan — founder of J.A.D Health and Fitness. Fitness has always been more than a passion for me — it's been a way of life. I’ve dedicated years to studying the science behind training, performance, and wellbeing, and now I’m channelling that knowledge into helping others reach their full potential. I hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sport and Exercise, and a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from Robert Gordon University. I’m also a CIMSPA-certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, giving me the tools and understanding to coach people effectively — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
During my time at RGU, I was proud to serve as President of RGU Football and Captain of the RGU 1st team in my final year — roles that taught me the value of teamwork, leadership, and discipline, both on and off the pitch.
I created J.A.D Health and Fitness to be more than just a sporting brand. It's a community driven by performance, passion, and purpose.
